There are special ways by which introverts can be efficiently handled:
1. Their privacy must be always respected. They should be left alone with their thoughts so that it makes them feel comfortable with their surroundings. It’s a evil thing to embarrass an introvert person in public as it might push them deeper into sulking.
2. An introvert person must be allowed to observe situations on their own. They should be given time to take their own decisions and shouldn’t be interrupted to bring out answers instantly. They always would need time to think about the question before giving out answers. They might show signs of irritation if persisted upon to do things in a rush.
3. Always give prior information to an introvert person before any change is due to happen in his life. If he is to be called upon for dinner, tell him about this 15 minutes in advance so that he gets time to complete his work.
4. Any new thing which has to be taught to them should be done in private so that they understand things in a better way. They have their own way of seeing things and should never be scolded in public. Their sentiments might be hurt if done so.
5. Instead of pushing the introvert to make more friends, he should be helped to find a friend who has similar interests. It might make him feel better.
