1. Eat plenty of salads. These are high fiber foods and you do not add on calories
2. Avoid “junk” food. These add a lot of calories
3. Do not take sugary beverages
4. Avoid sweets

7. Avoid fried foods
8. Do not take too much of carbohydrates, particularly “starchy” foods such as rice
9. Drink plenty of water
