With the life getting on fast mode, nobody has time to go home and cook food for themselves. Fast food chains are earning millions due to this. Pizzas, burgers, french fries etc are major cause of obesity and in turn leads to various other ailments.
I wanted to know as to how does fast food cause obesity. Is it the oil/butter or is it nature of foods or the way it is taken.
